Well versed in multifamily finance and complex deal structuring including pre-sales and joint ventures, his long-standing and well-established relationships are numerous. A few of his past and present clients include Carmel Partners, Fairfield Residential, Avalon Bay, UDRT, BlackRock, and Archstone-Smith. Through his extensive network of contacts within the multifamily industry, Curtis plays a vital role in client development for Newmark Knight Frank Pacific. He is a member of NMHC, the Urban Land Institute, and is a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in political science.
