Sarah Poole joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2018 as Transaction and Due Diligence Specialist supporting both the Portland and Seattle area offices. She manages the process of all multifamily transactions including due diligence and escrow, assists in market research, marketing and communications, and acts as a liaison to corporate departments in regards to operational matters.
Ms. Poole attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and College of Southern Nevada. She brings over 10 years of real estate and property management experience with a focus in marketing, operations, transaction management and accounting. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Poole was the transaction and office manager for a boutique residential real estate brokerage in Portland, Oregon.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ms. Poole grew up in her family’s residential real estate and property management business paving the way for her career. An enthusiastic pinball fan, she helps organize a local pinball league encouraging women of all skill levels to compete in a friendly and supportive environment.
